Ask a questionWhat is the difference between a single zone and a multi-zone wine fridge?
A single zone wine fridge keeps every bottle at one steady temperature, around 54 °F (12 °C), for aging. A multi-zone wine fridge has several zones set independently, to serve each wine at the right temperature.
Built-in or freestanding?
A built-in wine fridge fits into cabinetry or under a counter; most can also stand on their own. A freestanding wine fridge needs space around it and is not meant to be built in. The installation type is shown on every product page.
What power supply do your wine fridges need?
The power rating is listed in each product's specifications. Models rated 115 V / 60 Hz are designed for standard North American household outlets. If a product page does not list it, email us before you order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, DC, within 10 to 20 business days of your order. Orders ship from warehouses in the United States, so you pay no customs duties. Shipping is free, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What if something goes wrong?
Our sales are governed by Swiss law, under which the seller is liable for defects for two years from delivery. Email us with your order number and we arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
